The house

Our holiday home is a non-smoking house, and pets are not allowed.

Parties/bachelorette parties are also prohibited in our holiday home.

Arrival/Departure:

Arrival is possible from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival,

Departure must be by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Additional costs to the overnight price:

- Final cleaning: 75,00 €

- Tourist tax: 1.60 € per person/night

Bed linen/towels

can be booked on request (cash payment upon arrival) at: 31 6 42 74 99 66 (also in German).

The current prices for this are (07/2025):

- Bed linen: 10,00 € per person

- Linen package (bed linen, hand/bath towel): 15.00 € per person

Extra costs:

Even though electricity, water, and heating are included in the rent, we would appreciate it if you use them responsibly. Thank you.

Payment terms:

After booking confirmation, a deposit of 30% is due.

The remaining payment (70%) is due no later than 14 days before departure.

For short-term bookings, the total amount is due immediately.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation fees:

- up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 0%

- up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

- up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price

- thereafter and in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price
